The inaugural World Food Exchange event is a unique, must-participate event for anyone involved in the business of producing or providing sustainable food and wine, or with an interest in delivering high quality tourism experiences.
The World Food Exchange will build South Australia's capability to maximise the opportunities presented by the growing global trend for sustainable culinary tourism, and capitalise on increasing consumer interest to develop a connection between what they consume and the people and places that produce it.
The event will also promote the inclusion of South Australia into the international lists of places that are considered top-level world food and wine destinations.
